Just started working as a bricklayer on site? Or have you been laying for years and never had a Blue CSCS card? Or perhaps you’ve done a college course/apprenticeship and now need an NVQ to back it up? It’s time to gain a qualification by getting your Level 2 NVQ in Bricklaying!
This course has no entry requirements, however the learner must be employed as a bricklayer / have access to an on-site working environment in order to satisfy the Onsite Assessment and Training (OSAT) element of the Diploma qualification.
You will be assessed by a qualified brickwork assessor against a set of performance and knowledge statements derived from National Occupational Standards’ Recommended Qualification Structure (RQS) for Trowel Occupations (Construction) Level 2.
Under instruction from your assessor, you are required to produce a Portfolio of Evidence showing how you have met the performance and knowledge criteria for each unit within the qualification.
